I apologize - it's been a while since I've updated this blog!
The classes are amazing. Truly amazing. The children are all growing up and with that we see more independence, more questions and more self-discipline. Lately, we only have to remind the children of their "job" in the room, and they respond quickly. We love this time of year!
This week we are all about eggs and baby animals. We have introduces an incubator into our room, and inside are seven duck eggs. We hope they will all be hatched by the end of the month. It is hard for the children to wait - after all, the eggs just sit there. But we are talking about what is happening inside the eggs. We are also talking about other baby animals. Soon, we will have caterpillars in the room, which the children will watch as they turn into butterflies. It is such a magical time of year!
We are pushing our Spring party into May, and it will be a teddy bear picnic. So, please watch for more information on that in the May newsletter.
